18-Year-Old Passenger Dies in Violent 2-Vehicle Crash on McFadden Road [Monterey County, CA]

Monterey County, CA (September 29, 2023) On Thursday morning, a 2-vehicle crash on McFadden Road left an 18-year-old woman dead.

According to CHP, the deadly 2-car collision happened around 6:45 a.m. at the intersection with Nashua Road.

Reports say that a Honda with 3 occupants, a 25-year-old female driver from Oxnard, an 18-year-old female passenger, and a child, crashed into another Honda driven by a 21-year-old Castroville man.

Officials say that both driver were hospitalized, while, the child was taken to the Marina Airport where they were then taken to a Bay Area hospital. Officials did not reveal their current condition.

Meanwhile, officials pronounced the 18-year-old passenger dead at the scene.

CHP is investigating the deadly 2-car collision and have not released additional information at this time.
