Deadly Rollover Crash on Highway 101 in Paso Robles

 
PASO ROBLES, CA (January 7, 2018) – One person was killed following a rollover crash early Monday morning in Paso Robles, CHP officials said.
 
The crash happened around 12:40 a.m. on northbound Highway 101 at Monterey Road.
 
According to an initial dispatch, an unknown vehicle had spun out and overturned on its side, blocking the fast lane. Fire crews responded to the scene and extricated one occupant from the vehicle.
 
Life-saving measures were performed but the unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
Details surrounding the incident were not made clear in the reports and media releases. CHP officials are still piecing together exactly what led up to the crash but do not believe any other vehicles were involved.
