ONTARIO, CA – One Hospitalized in 2-Vehicle Crash on 15 Freeway at Jurupa Street

Late Evening 2-Car Wreck on 15 Freeway in Ontario Sends One to Hospital

 
ONTARIO, CA (January 17, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision late Thursday evening on northbound 15 Freeway at Jurupa Street.
 
The collision happened just before 11:00 p.m. involving a white Infiniti 603 and a silver Toyota.
 
Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, but the impact sent both vehicles in the center divider. Debris were scattered in all lanes. One of the cars sustained major front-end damage.
 
Ontario fire crews responded to the scene along with paramedics and found injuries sustained in the accident. One patient was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for proper treatment.
 
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the wreckage.
 
It is unknown if drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
