Crash Involving 2 Vehicles on 80 Freeway in Vallejo Badly Injures One

 
VALLEJO, CA (October 12, 2019) – One person was seriously injured following a two-vehicle crash early Saturday morning in Vallejo.
 
The crash happened just before 5:00 a.m. on eastbound 80 Freeway near 780 Freeway.
 
CHP says a silver Dodge Charger and a white Chevrolet Silverado 1500 collided. The impact caused major front-end damage on the Dodge sedan. One occupant was also badly injured as a result of the crash.
 
Paramedics took the patient to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
An investigation is ongoing to determine who was at fault and to gather all the factors involved.
