Car Crash on Interstate 80 Killed One Person

 
Vacaville, CA (September 9, 2020) – On Monday, one person died in a car crash on Interstate 80.
 
The California Highway Patrol said a BMW and an Audi stopped on the highway after an incident. The drivers were exchanging information when a Toyota struck the BMW.
 
As a result, the BMW pushed its driver who was then standing outside the car.
 
California Highway Patrol said the driver was pinned between the BMW and the center divider. While the other drivers involved sustained minor injuries.
 
Authorities closed all westbound before 3 a.m. in the area of Batavia Road to Oday Road. Meanwhile, two lanes reopened by 5:15 a.m.
