One Man Dies in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Lemoli Avenue and Rosecrans Avenue [Hawthorne, CA]

Deadly 3-Vehicle Crash in Hawthorne, California

 
Hawthorne, CA ( August 18, 2020) – On Sunday, at least one person died in a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Lemoli Avenue and Rosecrans Avenue.
 
Hawthorne authorities said the fatal crash happened around 9:47 p.m. at the crossing of both avenues.
 
Police said two vehicles crashed at the intersection due to unclear reasons. Following the crash, both vehicles hit another car pulling out of a restaurant parking lot.
 
Medical responders took the male victim to the Harbor UCLA Medical Center. His injuries were severe and proved fatal.
 
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash. More details will be available once updates are given.
