Two Vehicles Involved in Fatal Crash near Paramount Boulevard

 
LAKEWOOD, CA (January 25, 2020) – The authorities confirmed that one person was killed in a red light accident on Del Amo Boulevard on late Saturday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at approximately 11:12 PM near Paramount Boulevard.
 
Reports from the Los Angeles County Fire Department showed that a vehicle was speeding at least 80 miles per hour when it ran a red light and caused the collision.
 
An attending coroner pronounced one person dead at the scene. The identity of the victim was not yet released. The paramedics reported that another person was critically injured,
 
No other details were released. An investigation is ongoing.
