One Fatally Injured after Victorville Pedestrian Accident

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (July 3, 2019) — One person suffered fatal injuries in a pedestrian accident on 15 Freeway in Victorville on Tuesday, July 2.
 
The collision occurred at around 3:30 am along the 15 Freeway between Palmdale Road and Roy Rogers Drive.
 
A video shared by a local news source showed a body covered with a yellow tarp in the lanes that lead to the Palmdale Road off-ramp.
 
The incident caused the temporary closure of all southbound lanes of the freeway during the investigation.
 
All lanes of the freeway had been cleared and reopened at around of 7:00 a.m.
 
The identity of the deceased was not immediately released. The cause and circumstances that lead to the collision were not yet available.
