One Killed in Crash on Highway 3 at Brady Road [HAYFORK, CA]

Vehicle Crashes into Tree on Highway 3 in Hayfork Leaving One Dead

 
HAYFORK, CA (September 14, 2019) – One person was killed following a traffic accident Saturday morning in Hayfork, according to the CHP.
 
The crash happened around 6:45 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 3 and Brady Road, just around mile marker 4.
 
CHP officials said a vehicle went over the edge of the highway and crashed into a tree. Paramedics immediately responded and pronounced one person dead at the scene.
 
A Trinity County coroner was notified to pick up the victim’s remains. Mad River Tow was requested to remove the vehicle from the crash site.
 
No identifying information is being released at this time. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
