One Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on 15 Freeway near Oak Hill Road [CAJON PASS, CA]

Morning 2-Car Crash on 15 Freeway in Cajon Pass Kills 1 and Injures Several Others

 
CAJON PASS, CA (December 8, 2019) – One person was killed and several others were injured following a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning in the Cajon Pass.
 
The crash happened around 10:21 a.m. on southbound 15 Freeway, just south of Oak Hill Road.
 
San Bernardino county fire and the California highway patrol arrived on scene and located two vehicles with major damage. One person was found lying in the roadway next to a green sedan in the center divider.
 
Emergency personnel pronounced that person dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased was not immediately available.
 
Meanwhile, paramedics transported five people to a hospital. Two of the patients were critically injured.
 
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash and factors involved.
