SAN DIEGO, CA (March 14, 2019) – One person sustained injuries after a collision between a Tesla and a San Diego Sheriff’s inmate transport bus on March 13.

The incident occurred at about 3:00 p.m. on 6th Avenue and A Street. In addition, authorities shut down the traffic in the immediate area.

According to the San Diego Fire-Rescue, around fifteen inmates occupied the bus during the collision. Officials also added that one person sustained injuries in the crash.
