TAHOE VISTA, CA (July 31, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a traffic collision Wednesday afternoon on Highway 28 at National Avenue.
 
The collision happened around 3:47 p.m., involving a full-sized pickup truck and at least two other vehicles. Dispatchers arrived to the area shortly after.
 
Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, but one occupant sustained an eye injury as a result of the accident. The victim was later transported by paramedics to Tahoe Forest Hospital in an unknown condition.
