Complaint of Pain Reported in Evening Collision in Visalia

 
VISALIA, CA (May 18, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash Saturday evening in Visalia.
 
The crash happened around 7:05 p.m. at the intersection of Road 148 and Avenue 280.
 
According to the CHP, a white Nissan Sentra and a white pickup truck were involved. One of the cars overturned from the impact and landed on its roof. Crash debris and glass were strewn in the roadway.
 
A child was reportedly crying inside the Nissan, unknown if injured from the collision.
 
Emergency crews took one patient to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with a complaint of pain.
 
Both vehicles were towed away from the wreckage.
 
There were no official reports stating what caused the crash or how it exactly transpired. Authorities are looking further into the accident.
