Two Vehicles Involved in Head-On Crash Near Cooper Lane

 
EUREKA, CA (September 22, 2019) – One person suffered injuries after a head-on crash in the 3500 block of F Street on Sunday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Cooper Lane at approximately 6:40 PM. Based on a report, two vehicles collided head-on in front of the Handee Market. One vehicle identified as a white Dodge Ram pickup.
 
The paramedics sent one person to the hospital for treatment of minor to moderate injuries. The other driver refused medical treatment against medical advice.
 
F Street is closed while rescue and clearing took place. Police did not release any additional information at this time. However, an investigation is on-going.
