Oliver Raymond of Paso Robles Dies in Peachy Canyon Road Motorcycle Crash [Paso Robles, WA]

Paso Robles, WA (March 26, 2022) – On Saturday, 78-year-old Oliver Raymond from Paso Robles died in a motorcycle crash on Peachy Canyon Road.

The fatal incident took place before noon west of Old Settler Road.

Officers said Raymond was westbound at about 40 mph when he leaned into a curve and crossed into the eastbound lane.

His 2019 Aprilia 1100 cc collided head-on into an oncoming Honda Fit traveling at 25 mph driven by a 79-year-old Paso Robles woman.

The impact of the collision threw Raymond down an embankment.

Moreover, the paramedics rushed Raymond to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

On the other hand, the Paso Robles woman did not sustain injuries from the collision.
