OILDALE, CA – Woman Killed in Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Crash at Airport Drive and State Road

Female Pedestrian Fatally Struck by 2 Hit-and-Run Drivers in Oildale

 
OILDALE, CA (December 22, 2018) – A woman was killed following a pedestrian hit-and-run crash Saturday evening in Oildale.
 
The fatal incident happened around 7:05 p.m. at the intersection of Airport Drive and State Road.
 
According to the CHP, a female pedestrian was struck by two vehicles sending her down on the roadway. Both drivers fled the scene without rendering aid. Several bystanders pulled over to assist.
 
The woman suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity has not yet been released pending next of notification.
 
At this time, authorities are still investigating the incident and on the lookout for the suspects.
