Woman Struck in Seattle Hit-and-Run Crash

Seattle, Wa (June 22, 2022) – On June 18, officers received a report about a 1st Avenue South hit-and-run collision.

They say the accident took place at about 1 a.m. at the intersection with South Washington Street.

Apparently, a witness saw a silver Laramie Edition Ram pickup truck strike a female pedestrian.

The involved male driver continued driving but returned a little later. The witness said the driver picked the woman up off the ground and put her in the cab and drove off.

Moreover, officers say the truck did not have license plates. Luckily, witnesses were able to take photos of the rear.

They say the vehicle has a silver U-bolt attached to the hitch, and that it has a license plate frame possibly from a local dealer.

In the meantime, officers are asking for people’s help in finding the driver involved in the Seattle hit-and-run crash.
