Las Vegas, NV (August 12, 2022) – On Thursday, the authorities arrested 72-year-old David Phillips of Las Vegas in a fatal hit-and-run accident on Tropicana Avenue.

The authorities received the crash report at about 11:11 a.m. east of Morris Street, near Boulder Highway.
