Officer Injured in Country Club Drive Collision [Ronhert Park, CA]

Ronhert Park, CA (December 10, 2022) – On Thursday night, an  on-duty Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety officer sustained injuries in a Country Club Drive collision.

It was about 7:30 p.m. when the traffic accident happened at the intersection with Eleanor Avenue.

Reports say the officer was driving a marked police vehicle northbound on Country Club Drive. At the same time, a Lexus SUV was southbound on Country Club Drive. 

The two vehicles collided when the officer and the other driver entered the intersection. Both of the vehicles incurred moderate damages.

Right away, the medical team took the injured officer to Kaiser for treatment of minor injuries.

The Lexus driver, on the other hand, did not sustain injuries from the accident.
