Sparks Auto Accident on Eastbound Interstate 80
SPARKS, NV (March 30, 2021) – Monday night, a hit-and-run crash on eastbound Interstate 80 led to no injuries.
The authorities received a report of the crash at about 8:22 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 80.
According to reports, the crash involved a white sedan and a large truck that had fled the scene. Meanwhile, the Nevada Highway Patrol clarified that the sedan driver suffered no injuries. Also, he didn’t show signs of impairment.
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed any details on the semi-truck or the driver. Thus, the authorities urged anyone with information about the crash to contact them.
As a result of the crash, the traffic was stalled on eastbound Interstate 80, east of Sparks. However, the roads have since reopened.
