None Injured, Fuel Spills in Big Rig Crash on Interstate 805
National City, CA (January 26, 2021) – On Monday, no one was injured in a big rig crash on Interstate 805 north of Plaza Boulevard.
The crash took place shortly after 4:50 a.m. past State Route 54.
Apparently, a big rig had hydroplaned and struck the center divider. Then, it struck a minivan and spilled fuel.
Finally, the big rig jack-knifed with its trailer blocking the right two lanes on the highway.
Luckily, no one injured injuries from the accident.
Furthermore, authorities issued a SigAlert closing the right three lanes near Plaza Boulevard. Also, they called for a hazmat crew to the scene to clean up a fuel spill.
Officers reopened all lanes by 9:30 A.M.
Habits like distracted driving, speeding, and DUI can lead to road accidents.
Dealing with Road Accidents
Each year, around 20-50 million people suffer injuries due to an auto crash. Unfortunately, not everyone has proper information about the things you should do next after an injury crash.
Ultimately, the most valuable step you can take in response to a vehicle crash is hiring a personal injury attorney. Personal injury attorneys prioritize your recovery while securing your future from further losses a severe accident can bring.
“A common misconception is that personal injury lawyers don’t care. That is simply not true. Injury lawyers care about and want justice for their clients. We are driven by the desire to make our clients whole again,” says Steve Baric of Sweet Lawyers.
