NIPTON, CA – Possible Fatality Reported in Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway at Halloran Springs Road

Two Vehicles Involved in Morning Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway in Nipton

 
NIPTON, CA (December 16, 2018) – Possible fatality was reported following a rollover crash Sunday morning in Nipton.
 
The crash happened a little after 6:00 a.m. on the southbound direction of 15 Freeway at Halloran Springs Road off-ramp.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles were involved, one of them went off the freeway and overturned on its roof. Debris was scattered on the roadway.
 
One occupant in the overturned vehicle sustained a possible fatal injury as a result of the crash. The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
A coroner was dispatched to the scene to confirm the fatality and conduct a full report.
