Nicholas Nguyen Dead in Dixon Multi-Vehicle Accident on 80 Freeway

 
DIXON, CA (September 8, 2020) – Monday morning, 16-year-old Nicholas Nguyen died in a four-vehicle crash on 80 Freeway near Vacaville.
 
At about 2:30 a.m., two vehicles were initially involved in a collision in the westbound lanes of the 80 Freeway near the Oday Road off-ramp.
 
According to reports, the drivers of the two vehicles stopped at the center median to exchange information. However, a third vehicle collided with them. Then, a fourth vehicle crashed into the three vehicles.
 
As a result, Nicholas Nguyen, a Suisun City resident, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The other parties involved in this Dixon accident only sustained minor injuries.
