Rider Killed in Newport Beach Motorcycle Wreck
NEWPORT BEACH, CA (January 7, 2019) – A motorcyclist perished Saturday morning following a crash on Highway 73 at MacArthur Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened before 2:15 a.m. It was unclear at which direction the motorcyclist was traveling at the time of the crash. A coroner was requested to the scene at 3:36 a.m.
Additional details involving what led to the crash are still under investigation.
