Nathan Espinoza Killed in Sacramento Accident on Fruitridge Road, Reynaldo Espinoza Arrested

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (UPDATE) – On August 24, 33-year-old Nathan Espinoza died in a crash on Fruitridge Road in Sacramento. Police later arrested his father, Reynaldo Espinoza, for allegedly striking Nathan.
 
Moreover, the incident occurred outside Chando’s Tacos on Fruitridge Road and Power Inn Road. According to reports, an argument inside the local restaurant between the two men led to a fatal crash in the parking lot.
 
At this time, the Sacramento Police Department currently investigates the crash for possible criminal charges.
 
“We were forced to close for the night due to some people’s tensions riding a little high,” owner Chando Madrigal revealed.
 
Madrigal added that his employees asked two customers to leave the establishment as they started arguing.
 
When the authorities arrived, they found shattered glass on a vehicle’s broken windshield.
 
According to reports, Reynaldo Espinoza then hit Nathan, who stood near the establishment.
 
As a result, the victim sustained fatal injuries.
 
A witness, named Juliana Emary, said that the driver quickly stopped and reported the incident to the police. Then, several people stopped to help the victim.
 
“It’s senseless, as in it doesn’t make sense,” Emary revealed. “Agree to disagree at this point but just love your neighbor.”
