Nacogdoches, TX (April 26, 2025) On Friday, a horrific Nacogdoches taco truck crash resulted in at least 4 people getting hurt.

Authorities say that an 18-wheeler crashed into Ruby’s Food Truck in Nacogdoches, injuring employees and customers.

The team from Ruby’s Mexican Restaurant in Tyler had set up to serve when the semi, reportedly with no driver inside, rolled across the street and struck their food truck.

Three staff members suffered burns, cuts, and bruises, while one customer also sustained injuries.

Emergency crews transported the injured to Nacogdoches Medical Center for treatment; all have since been released with minor injuries.

Ruby’s Food Truck was declared a total loss, and upcoming events may be delayed. Despite the setback, the team plans to return to Nacogdoches once they recover.
