Four Kent Men Killed in Single-Vehicle Accident near Interstate 5 – Myron Singh, Anthony Perez, Luis Perez, and Juan Carrasco-Rodriguez

TUKWILA, WA (October 7, 2018) – 22-year-old Myron Singh, 22-year-old Anthony Perez, 22-year-old Luis Perez, and 18-year-old Juan Carrasco-Rodriguez were killed in a rollover crash on State Route 518, early Sunday morning.

According to officials with the Washington State Patrol, the collision took place around 2:15 AM near Interstate 5.

A Nissan Titan pickup truck was speeding on the eastbound SR 518 when he lost control of his vehicle and went off the road, struck a guardrail, and rolled multiple times before hitting a concrete bridge pillar.

The four passengers, all Kent residents, were pronounced dead on site by emergency responders. Reports show that they all died from multiple blunt force injuries. Due to the impact of the accident, the 22-year-old driver was ejected from his vehicle and landed on the right shoulder of the highway. He was transported by ambulance to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with critical injuries.

After being discharged from the hospital, the pickup truck driver was arrested and is being charged on four counts of vehicular homicide. No furthers details have been disclosed at this time.
