VAN HORN, TX (February 1, 2023) – Tuesday morning, a pile-up crash on Interstate 10 East near Interstate 20 led to multiple injuries.
 
The incident happened at about 7:11 a.m. on Interstate 10 East near Interstate 20.
 
According to reports, the DPS officials confirmed that the incident involved at least 12 vehicles. Also, the incident led to multiple injuries.
