Possible Street Racing Involved in Injury Accident in City of Industry

 
CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA (May 20, 2019) – An early Friday morning multi-vehicle crash near Rowland Street and the 60 Freeway ended in injuries.
 
Deputies arrived at the scene around 12:30 a.m. to find a multi-car accident.
 
The Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies found 60 drivers in the street blocking the lanes of traffic near the 60 Freeway. At least one person suffered injuries of unknown severity and was transported to a hospital.
 
There was no additional information regarding the cause and details of the accident. However, authorities believe street racing may have contributed to the collision.
