WALNUT CREEK, CA (July 18, 2019) – Motorists sustained injuries in a multi-car crash on northbound 680 Freeway, Thursday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place just south of Main Street around 6:37 AM. Based on an initial report, three vehicles involved in the pile-up. The parties were identified as a white work van, a silver Dodge Minivan, and a red Honda sedan.
 
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. They recorded minor injuries sustained by the involved motorists.
 
Three left lanes of the freeway were closed while a clearing operation was conducted in the area.
