Rio Vista, CA (April 29, 2022) On Thursday, a driver died in a head-on crash with a wrong-way driver on Highway 160.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the fatal collision happened around 1 p.m. at West Sherman Island Road.

Reports say that both vehicles have no other occupants except their respective drivers.

The CHP did not specify which motorist died in the crash, but they said that the other driver sustained major injuries.
