LA QUINTA, CA (December 18, 2018) – A person was injured Tuesday evening following a solo-vehicle crash on Washington Street. The identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed to the public.
 
As per reports, the incident happened near Sagebrush Avenue, at about 7:50 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle slammed into a tree.
 
Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department responded to the scene and extricated a person from the wrecked vehicle. The victim suffered moderate injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Further updates on the victim’s current medical condition were not provided.
