Motorist Injured after Car Crash on 805 Freeway near Adams Avenue [San Diego, CA]

SAN DIEGO, CA (December 19, 2018) – A driver was taken to a hospital with major injuries after a collision with a semi truck on 805 Freeway on December 17.

California Highway Patrol Officer Tommy Doerr revealed that the collision between a Hyundai sedan and a semi truck occurred shortly before 9:35 p.m. 805 Freeway near Adams Avenue. Doerr also added that the driver of the Hyundai was taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital with major injuries.

Details regarding the victim are not available as of this time.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation of the CHP officers.
