BAKERSFIELD, CA (February 6, 2023) – Saturday morning, a motorist died in a rollover crash on Alta Vista Drive.
 
The incident happened at around 7:21 a.m. on 2200 Alta Vista Drive.
 
According to the Bakersfield Fire Department, a vehicle lost control for still unknown reasons. Then, it crashed into a residence.
 
Moreover, officers confirmed that one occupant of the vehicle died in the crash. Then, paramedics transported two patients to a hospital with minor and major injuries.
 
Furthermore, the vehicle that rolled over during the incident blocked the northbound lanes of Alta Vista Drive between Goodman and Irene Road. All lanes have long since reopened.
