Crash on U.S. 50 and Ambrose Lane Left Motorcyclist Seriously Injured

 
Dayton, Nevada (April 9, 2020) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after an accident with a pickup truck on U.S. 50 Saturday night.
 
The Nevada Highway Patrol responded on the U.S. 50 and Ambrose Lane in Dayton at roughly 6:10 p.m.
 
The vehicles involved included a grey 2012 Ram pickup truck and a black 2020 Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
 
According to the NHP preliminary investigation, the pickup truck was traveling within the westbound lane, while the motorcycle drove eastbound.
 
Moreover, the Ram pickup truck suddenly made a left turn, causing the motorcycle to hit the rear part of the truck.
 
Due to the impact of the collision, the rider of the motorcycle was ejected from his bike.
 
As a result, the motorcyclist was seriously injured after the incident.
 
Furthermore, the NHP is asking for anyone who has witnessed the accident to cooperate with the investigation.
