Wrongful Death Claims
Motor vehicle accidents are the number one cause of unintentional injury deaths in California. Statistics show that over 3,000 people in the U.S. lose their lives in distracted driving crashes every year. Nearly 1.25 million people total are killed in car accidents each year. That means, on average, auto accidents cause 3,287 deaths per day.
Therefore, it is important to recognize that if your family loses a member in a motorcycle accident, you may recover damages through a wrongful death suit.
