Arizona Man Dies after Crashing His Motorcycle on Highway 138 in Llano
LLANO, CA (December 27, 2019) – A motorcyclist died in an accident Friday evening in Llano, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash happened around 9:00 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Highway 138, just east of Puzzle Canyon Road.
CHP officials said a 2004 Harley-Davidson motorcycle lost control due to ice on the road. The biker was unable to slow down due to roadway conditions and the bike overturned onto its side. The biker was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities only identified the deceased as 67-year-old man from Florence, Arizona. His name was not immediately available pending family notification.
