Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on East 70th Street near Hooper Avenue [LOS ANGELES, CA]

Rider Dies after Crashing into Parked Vehicle on East 70th Street in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (July 8, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed late Monday evening following a traffic crash on East 70th Street, near Hooper Avenue.
 
The collision happened around 10:25 p.m., at the 1238 block of East 70th Street near Hooper Avenue.
 
CHP officials located a motorcycle that appeared to have crashed into a parked vehicle. The rider suffered life-threatening injuries as a result of the impact. The victim was later pronounced dead on scene.
 
The identity of the deceased was not immediately available pending family notification.
 
It is currently unclear if speed, drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors in the accident. The full circumstances of the incident still remain under investigation at this time.
