1 Dead in Phoenix Motorcycle Accident near 19th Avenue and Thunderbird Road
PHOENIX, AZ (August 25, 2021) – Tuesday morning, a motorcyclist died in a crash near 19th Avenue and Thunderbird Road.
The incident occurred at about 8:45 a.m., said the Phoenix police. Upon the officers’ arrival, they found out that a man rode a motorcycle west on Thunderbird Road. Then, a car hit him.
According to reports, the female driver turned left into an apartment complex when the incident occurred.
As a result, responders took the man to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Also, the authorities do not believe that impairment played a role in the crash.
The authorities continue to investigate the crash.
