GARDEN GROVE, CA (July 25, 2021) – Saturday night, a motorcyclist died in a DUI accident on Haster Street and Lampson Avenue.
 
The incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. on Haster Street and Lampson Avenue.
 
Garden Grove police Officer D. Mihalik said that when they responded, they found the unresponsive motorcyclist. Then, the Orange County Fire Authority declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene. At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed any description of the rider.
 
Meanwhile, the preliminary investigation revealed that a ven turned unsafely in front of the rider. As a result, the crash occurred.
 
Also, the authorities believe that alcohol and/or drugs played a role in the crash.
 
The authorities continue to investigate the crash.
