CHP Investigates a Hit-And-Run Crash on State Route 299  at Suzy Q Road

Salyer, CA (July 23, 2021) – Wednesday evening, a rider sustained severe injuries in a hit-and-run crash on State Route 299  at Suzy Q Road.

The crash in Salyer happened just before 9:00 p.m. on July 21.

Reportedly, the accident involved a motorcycle and possibly another vehicle. However, an individual involved in the incident left the scene without helping the victim.

Moreover, the rider reportedly hit a deer along Highway 299 in the process.

As a result, the rider sustained severe injuries.
