RIVERSIDE, CA (November 9, 2020) – Friday afternoon, a motorcyclist suffered injuries in a crash on 91 Freeway and Magnolia Avenue.
 
The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. on the eastbound 91 Freeway at Magnolia Avenue.
 
According to reports, the crash involving the motorcycle and a Chevrolet Suburban crashed into the fast lane.
 
The impact ejected the motorcyclist from his bike and fell in the HOV lane. Thus, the CHP officers temporarily closed the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes and left only one lane open. As a result, the traffic was stalled.
 
When the Riverside Fire Department crews arrived, they located the conscious rider with moderate to major injuries. Then, they transported him to a hospital for treatment.
 
Meanwhile, the officers slowly opened the lanes before 1:00 p.m.
 
At this time, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
