Motorcyclist David Bergen Dead in Collision on CR 307 [Gaines County, TX]

Gaines County, TX (April 17, 2025) – David Bergen, a 32-year-old motorcyclist from Seminole, was killed in a traffic collision on CR 307 Tuesday morning.

The fatal motorcycle crash happened at 6:56 a.m. near CR 304J.

According to the authorities, a Nissan pickup truck was traveling south on CR 307 when the driver failed to yield the right of way.

The pickup truck turned left and struck the motorcycle driven by David Bergen.

Bergen was then thrown from his motorcycle.

Seminole EMS rushed Bergen to Medical Arts Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

DPS is investigating this fatal collision.
