MOORPARK, CA – 3 Hurt in Rollover Crash on 118 Freeway at Collins Drive

Late Evening Rollover Crash on 118 Freeway in Moorpark Injures Three

 
MOORPARK, CA (November 27, 2018) – Three people were hurt following a rollover crash late Tuesday evening in Moorpark, CHP officials said.
 
The crash happened around 11:03 p.m. on eastbound 118 Freeway, just East of Collins Drive.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Scion went off the freeway and landed on its side, causing major rollover damage on the car. A 50 feet chain link fence was also damaged from the crash.
 
An ambulance unit was dispatched to the scene and gave aid to three patients who were hurt from the crash. The extent of injuries sustained was not immediately available.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs and/or alcohol were contributing factors of the crash. Further investigation is underway.
