1 Dead in Tuolumne County Auto Accident on Highway 120
TUOLUMNE COUNTY, CA (January 11, 2022) – Saturday afternoon, a 36-year-old Modesto died in a speeding crash on Highway 120.
The crash happened when a man in a sedan traveled west on Highway 120 at a high rate of speed. Then, he drove up behind an SUV.
Afterward, the sedan drove across the double yellow lines and attempted to pass the SUV.
Then, a pickup truck driving the other way struck the sedan driver. As a result, the driver of the sedan died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the pickup truck driver sustained serious injuries in the crash.
