Tucson, AZ (July 23, 2022) On Thursday, 57-year-old Milian Borjas-Borjas was arrested in relation to a hit-and-run crash on Tangerine Road.

Reports say that Borjas-Borjas struck a male pedestrian around 1:41 a.m. near Innovation Parkway.
