Mihaita Llie From Marvell Arkansas Killed in Crash on Highway 82 [Benjamin, TX]

Benjamin, TX (October 15, 2023) – 32-year-old Mihaita Llie from Marvell, Arkansas, was killed and others were injured in a 2-vehicle crash on Highway 82 Wednesday afternoon.

The authorities responded to the crash scene at about 4:57 p.m. at the intersection with Highway 6.

Officers said a Toyota minivan was northbound on Highway 6 when the driver failed to stop at the intersection and hit an eastbound Chevrolet minivan on Highway 82. 

As a result, the Chevrolet rolled several times and its passenger, Mihaita Llie, was declared deceased at the scene. The rescuers rushed the Chevrolet driver to a hospital in Wichita Falls with serious incapacitating injuries.

Moreover, the Toyota driver was treated and released from a local hospital while the passenger was rushed to a hospital with serious incapacitating injuries.

The is no information if the Chevrolet was wearing a seatbelt, but it was reported that the other three were not.

Officers are investigating.
