Driver Injured in Andrews County Fatal Collision
Andrews County, TX (July 28, 2023) – On July 26, passengers Miguel De Los Santos Jr., 36, of Brownsville and Juan Serna-Romero, 53, of Odessa, were killed following a Highway 176 collision.
The vehicle driver sustained injuries and was treated and released from Permian Regional Medical Center.
Investigating officers said a 2017 Ford F-750 was westbound on on the freeway when it swerved off the north side of the freeway.
The driver attempted to overcorrect back to the highway but the vehicle rolled over.
Responding officers declared De Los Santos Jr and Serna-Romero dead at the crash scene.
In the meantime, the authorities are still investigating the cause of the Andrews County fatal collision.
