Increasing Numbers of Pedestrian Accidents
As the public moves to spend their limited time outside, the danger of those on foot increases.
Indeed, a surge in accidents involving individuals continues in the U.S.
A pedestrian accident is an accident in which a person on foot is struck by a vehicle.
Tyler Toomey, a practicing attorney at Sweet Lawyers said, “Some of the worst pedestrian incidents involve minors. It’s because they are sometimes hard to see and they also ride bikes, skateboards, etc. Common locations for these pedestrian incidents include shopping center entrances and street corners.”
