Passenger Injured in Rollover Crash on Interstate 80 That Left Michelle Norton Dead
Wadsworth, NV (October 31, 2020) – On Thursday, 28-year-old Michelle Norton died in a single-vehicle rollover crash on westbound Interstate 80.
Moreover, the accident also left her passenger with injuries, according to NHP.
The incident took place at about 2:43 p.m. at Painted Rock Interchange west of Wadsworth.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said two people were in the car at the time of the accident. One was ejected from the car and pronounced dead by the authorities.
Meanwhile, the authorities closed the westbound onramp for several hours.
Consequently, the passenger of the vehicle was hospitalized.
NHP is investigating the possible cause of the crash.
